Walk-through
We look at what is coming out, how we can get at it, and what has to stay standing. Access is usually what decides the price, so we confirm it on site rather than guessing.

Testing
Homes built before roughly 1990 can hide asbestos in flooring, drywall compound and insulation. We arrange testing before work starts, and licensed abatement crews handle removal when it turns up.
