Licensed
mechanical trades.
Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC handled by licensed trades, either as part of a renovation or as a standalone scope. Panel upgrades, rough-ins, repipes, fixture work, furnace and AC, and ductwork. We pull permits and arrange ESA where the job requires it.
Because the trades are on our own crews, the mechanical work is sequenced with the rest of the build, so the timing lines up instead of stalling on a subcontractor. You get an itemized fixed-price quote and one project manager start to finish. Not a call centre.

Licensed and WSIB-registered, with one accountable point of contact and a schedule you can hold us to. The same crews that earned ELG a 5.0 rating across 40+ Google reviews.
Mechanical trades questions.
Are the trades actually licensed?
Yes. Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC are handled by licensed trades on our own crews. ELG is licensed and WSIB-registered, and the work is done to code with permits and inspections where the job calls for them.
Can you do just electrical or plumbing, or only full renovations?
Either way. We take on electrical, plumbing, or HVAC as standalone scopes, and we also run them as part of a full build. Tell us what you need and we quote that scope on its own.
Do you do panel upgrades?
Yes. Panel upgrades, service changes, rough-ins, and fixture work are all part of what our licensed electrical trades handle. We pull the permit and arrange the ESA inspection so the work is signed off properly.
Do you handle permits and ESA?
Yes. We pull the permits the job requires and arrange ESA review for electrical work where it applies, then carry the inspections through to sign-off. You are not the one standing in line at the city.
Do you handle emergency or urgent work?
Call us with what is going on and we will tell you straight whether we can get to it quickly. Our focus is planned and scheduled mechanical work rather than 24-hour callouts, but for urgent scopes we move as fast as the job allows.
