Commercial questions.
Can you work around tenants and business hours?
Yes. Fit-outs and repairs in occupied buildings get staged around business hours, and after-hours work is normal for spaces that cannot close. Anything affecting tenants gets a response, not a voicemail.
How do unit turnovers work?
We scope the unit, price it per line, and turn it on a contracted schedule so the vacancy stays short. Property managers with steady volume get the same crew and per-unit numbers that make the return easy to read.
Do you run ongoing maintenance programs?
Yes. Quarterly preventative maintenance covering plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and the building envelope, documented and scheduled, with one invoice per building per month.
What paperwork can you provide for procurement?
Provincial licence, WSIB clearance, and the liability insurance certificate, all documented before contract signing.
Where do you work?
Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, including North York, East York, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Markham, Aurora, and Stouffville.
