Exterior questions.
When should exterior work be booked?
Paving, landscaping, and concrete run roughly April through November depending on weather. Roofing runs most of the year. The season books up front to back, so quoting in late winter usually gets the best start dates.
Do you fix what is under the surface, or just the surface?
Both, in the right order. Grading, drainage, and base preparation come first, because a driveway or patio is only as good as what it sits on. If water is moving toward the house, that gets solved before anything pretty goes down.
Interlocking or poured concrete?
Interlocking is repairable brick by brick and drains well. Concrete is seamless and lower maintenance. The right answer depends on the use, the slope, and the look you want, and we quote both ways when it is a close call.
Do you maintain what you build?
Yes. Seasonal property maintenance, including snow removal, is part of the service list, and repairs on our own work come back to the same crew that built it.
