Residential questions.
Do you handle drawings and permits?
Yes. Most renovations do not need a permit. For the ones that do, including basement suites, structural changes, and additions, ELG handles the drawings, the application, and the inspections directly with the municipality.
Can we live in the house during the renovation?
For single-room projects, almost always. We zone the work area, run dust barriers, and keep water and power running outside working hours. Whole-home projects are walked through case by case so you can plan around the loud weeks.
How does the quote work?
We visit the space, measure, and send an itemized fixed-price quote: labour, materials, timeline, and draw schedule, every line costed in advance. It compares cleanly against any other proposal you have.
Who runs the project day to day?
One project manager from quote through handoff, with a direct cell number. Weekly updates include site photos, and you are only contacted for decisions that affect the build.
